I generally recommend that you photograph the front exterior, back exterior, entryway, living areas, dining areas, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Since most appointments are made based on your availability and the
sellers' availability, there are preferred times of the day for better
photographs.
West-facing homes are best captured in the early afternoon, while
east-facing homes are best photographed in the morning. Meanwhile,
north-facing homes are best shot early in the morning
The amount of time it takes to do real estate photography, whether it
is a home or a commercial building, varies. Moreover, the number one
most important factor is the property's size.
Generally, prepare for about an hour. Nevertheless, expect long hours,
especially for larger buildings, homes, or properties.
Meeting the photographer is always recommended. This is the only time the real estate agent has to approve the images. In the event the agent can't be there, the photographer will use his/her best judgement and the phots will automatically be approved.
In the event that no one will be there, please make sure to provide information for access to the listing in the comments.

Photos are delivered delivered digitally via an online gallery through your email. We will optimize your images for MLS websites and basic
print solutions.
You'll receive a text and an email that your photos are ready.

1. View and select desire items from Order Form.
2. Create an account with user name and password.
3. Follow the prompts within the Order Form filling in all required information about your property listing.
4. Schedule a day and time for your shoot.
5. Use our secure online payment form to process your credit card payment which secures your date and time.

In order to take advantage of the 50% off first shoot, please call or text me for a code to be used at checkout. OR call 513-594-0999 to schedule your first appointment by phone. 50% discount is only valid for à la carte or package items. Add-on services not included.
Shoots canceled the same day of appointment will be billed 25% of shoot price. If photographer shows up to property and is unable to shoot or access the property, 50% of shoot price will be billed.
If the weather is bad on the day of your scheduled shoot (i.e. rain, heavy clouds, and the like) you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available open shoot date.
For every appointment, rain or shine, my editing team adds a nice blue sky into all exterior photos ensuring your listing is looking it’s best!
However, if there is extreme inclement weather (ie. downpour, etc.) that would potentially endanger our photographer and their equipment, we would cancel the appointment and get it rescheduled at no extra cost.
For our aerial photography we also have to factor in wind speeds. Another factor for aerial photography appointments are “No Fly Zones” that do not allow drones. These includes locations near airports, historical landmarks, state parks, etc.
